how could I copy chart drawings into the chart, which is used as overlay study?

You can definitely copy Extending Rectangles or Lines chart drawings from one chart to another.

Please see the screenshot above.
I can copy chart drawings into the chart YM-201306, but not into the chart NQ-201306, because NQ-201306 is used as a study (overlay bar) for YM-201306.

If I am wrong, please send me some screenshot how to do it.

OK we understand what you are trying to do now. This is not going to work as expected. Drawings will only copy into the same Chart Region they originate from.
