The Sierra Chart Market Stats are not delayed and there are no extra fees to use them. We just checked the data for NISS-SP and it is up to date for us. If your data is still delayed, then let us know by how much and get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Hello SC support, I know for missing mkt stats data we should try "delete all data and download" again. I have tried that and lost all my old data. Is there a way to download the missing data without deleting everything? edit; I was away to Orlando from 8 to 16 Jul hence there is a blank is this period. What exactly is the symbol for the chart for which you are having an issue. Also, please get us an image showing the entire chart with the scales. Preferably, use our image capture options as these will grab the full area that we need.
