Hello, as instructed, I have completed all the steps to connect my Sierra Chart account with IronBeam. I paid $ 26, in my Sierra Chart panel everything is fine, but the platform won't connect. Message appears:

Teton CME Order Routing. No trade accounts assigned.

Can I ask for help?

Make sure you have gone through all the Setup Instructions as outlined at the following link:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions

In particular is Step #9 where you set the Clearing Firm.

If everything on your end looks like it is setup correctly and you still have the same issue then double check with IronBeam to ensure that your account has been setup.

One step that can be missed, is to ensure that Ironbeam setups and confirms to you in writing via email that Teton is setup.

The Second is that the Ironbeam Trading Desk has turned on the permissions for trading. This can be checked on Sierra Charts "Trade Account Monitor" in the column "TradingisDisabled" should be the letter "N". If its a "Y", you need the Permissions to be turned on by Ironbeam Trading Desk...call them.
