One step that can be missed, is to ensure that Ironbeam setups and confirms to you in writing via email that Teton is setup. The Second is that the Ironbeam Trading Desk has turned on the permissions for trading. This can be checked on Sierra Charts "Trade Account Monitor" in the column "TradingisDisabled" should be the letter "N". If its a "Y", you need the Permissions to be turned on by Ironbeam Trading Desk...call them. Smooth sailing with Ironbeam |
