Delayed CME Data

Hi,
I am getting CME delayed data for all CME exchanges even though I pay Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth.
This issue started today.

My Trading Service is still TransAct WS. I running SC version 2379

I have tried self-help section of support board, tried different things but still I don't get Real time data.

I also subscribe to SC Data feed and CBOE indices and that data is real time.

Can you help?

The reason you are not getting the real-time data is because your account verification for the CME Group non-professional status expired on March 28, 2022. You would need to connect to your trading account again in order to verify your status.

The reason why this is occurring is because you are on version 2379. Versions of Sierra Chart after 2354 no longer connect to TransAct. You would need to downgrade to version 2353 or lower in order to make the connection to your live account for the CME Group requirement. Refer to the information here on this topic:
