Hi, I am getting CME delayed data for all CME exchanges even though I pay Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth. This issue started today. My Trading Service is still TransAct WS. I running SC version 2379 I have tried self-help section of support board, tried different things but still I don't get Real time data. I also subscribe to SC Data feed and CBOE indices and that data is real time. Can you help? Thanks |
