Fail to connect to Data Feed after activation of trial

I am a new user who have just downloaded the software, and followed the steps of activation of a trial. I received the SMS code which were then entered to the dialogue box of the "Activate Trial". However the software failed to get connected to the Data Feed after exit and restart.

The message log showed: "connect to data feed|service package does not support this function or account is expired. Select Help>> account control panel for account management"

I searched through the support forum but it seems that this issue was not encountered by other users. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

I am facing this issue. Tried everything here. Still doesn't connect to the Data Feed.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services".

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update/Set" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:
