I am a new user who have just downloaded the software, and followed the steps of activation of a trial. I received the SMS code which were then entered to the dialogue box of the "Activate Trial". However the software failed to get connected to the Data Feed after exit and restart. The message log showed: "connect to data feed\|service package does not support this function or account is expired. Select Help>> account control panel for account management" I searched through the support forum but it seems that this issue was not encountered by other users. Thank you very much for your assistance.
