I'm package 5 subscriber and add credit (35$ + 17.5$)to my account in order to receive CME Real and historical Data feed with SC (I have a trading account with IB). I do not mange to connect to you. I did change in the global setting to SC Exchange DATA but for reason I do not understand receive a reply I have to change my package |

Update Sierra Chart to the current version with Help >> Download Current Version. To receive the Sierra Chart CME data feed, you need to connect to your Interactive Brokers account. I did change it but still receive the comment that my current support package does not support this service. I'm looking for an intra day breadth indicators Intra day Advance decline and intra day Ticks for NYSE and S&P 500) that IB does not support. This is the reason I did add extra layer of Data feed provider on top of IB |

Please do not subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. That is not what you want and it is not refundable.
