My DOM is only displaying bids and asks in single digits, also it’s only showing two bids and asks deep. I’m connected to advanced Denali feed and full CME group. I receive live data and I’m always connected to SC feed so I don’t believe I need to connect my futures account every month. I linked a picture of what I’m seeing. Thanks. |

You are only getting 1 level of data, the repeating number is the sum of the Bids and Asks along with the Percentages of Bid and Ask. Anyway, the reason for this is because you are looking at the U.S. Equities and you are signed up for the data through our older Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. That data only has the Best Bid and Best Ask. If you want to get the Market Depth data for U.S. Equities, then you would need to use the new NASDAQ TotalView feed that is available through our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Since this is the end of the month, now is a good time to make the change. To do this, do the following: - Deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the end of the day today. Make sure you deactivate the exchange and the connection so you do not pay for them again tomorrow (April 1, 2022). - Today - start the process of setting up for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the NASDAQ TotalView data, but do NOT activate the exchange today, just be sure you fill out the Exchange Agreements so those will be done before tomorrow. - Tomorrow (April 1) - before you get started working, finish the setup for the NASDAQ TotalView data, which should just be activating the exchange. The instructions you need are at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* Note that if you do make this change - you will need to change the symbols you use for the U.S. Equities, as the NASDAQ TotalView data requires that you have a '-NQTV' suffix after the main symbol. For example, you would need to change SPY to SPY-NQTV. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I noticed there are differences in volumes on my volume profile if I use symbol spy vs spy-nqtv. Do you know which one would be more accurate? Thanks. |

Okay iv just been using the spy symbol for my chart and spy-nqtv for my dom. I guess this is the most accurate? Sorry to ask so many questions but is there a way to get the total sum of volume to display in my volume profile for tpo chart? Thanks. |

Yes, it will be for now. is there a way to get the total sum of volume to display in my volume profile for tpo chart?
Keep doing what you have setup where you are getting the data from the barchart data for the chart and the NQTV for the DOM. We are working on getting the consolidated tape information for the NASDAQ TotalView data. Thanks for confirming. I attached a picture of another Sierra Chart user who has total volume at the top of his volume profile, which is what I’m looking for. There is no way I can receive this now? Thanks. |

Hello, I just want to verify on my volume profile for bid/ask data or for my delta bars, to receive the most accurate bid ask volumes I should use NQTV suffix instead of just the ticker symbol for nasdaq stocks? Thanks. |

It really depends on what you want to see. The volumes from the NASDAQ TotalView are only for the primary exchange on which the instrument trades. Therefore, if you are only trading on the main exchange, then this may be a more accurate view of what you want. On the other hand, if you want to see how the instrument is progressing across all exchanges, then you would want the consolidated feed, which is the one from our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Okay sounds good, thanks for clarifying that. I should just use use the consolidated data to get the complete bid/ask vol as long as its accurate.
