Still having delayed data feed

My account with AMP is active and funded and i've connected through CQG yesterday and today (several times and reopened SC) but i'm still receiving delayed data from SC.
Could you please help?

You do not have any exchanges active. You did have one active back in February, but it did not renew on March 1, most likely due to insufficient funds at the time of the renewal.

You can activate the exchanges you need from the following page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Just be aware that you pay the full exchange fee for the month in which the exchange is activated, regardless of when you activate it (i.e. it is not pro-rated). Therefore, if you activated an exchange today, you would pay the full amount for the remainder of March, which is just 3 more days. Therefore, you may want to wait until April 1 to activate the exchange.
