I use the cross hair with the horizontal line visible but the vertical line hidden. I would like to add a price label on the y axis that show the price point of where I currently have the horizontal line. Can this be done

Make sure that the setting for Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Show Y Value and Time Boxes is set to Yes. on that same note can you isolate to have the Y-axis value show but NOT the date and time that is displayed on the X-axis on the footer?

No, there is not an option for this. It is either both or none.
