Why are we getting 10 min missing upon restart?

This depends upon the particular clearing firm being used. Sierra Chart does provide a historical data solution that they can take advantage of, but they have to decide to use it. TT FIX changed recently and no longer has historical data in its feed from most brokers. The historical data now comes from SC, but is delayed 10 min.

No it does not because AMP utilizes the Sierra Chart historical data service for FCMs. However, this is only for TT Net.Whereas the 10 minute delayed data, is a completely separate service.
