Hi, I joined last week and paid manually for the basic service package and the Denali feed. It seems like I got billed again this week for the basic service package. It looks like I'm in credit now but is this normal? The transaction id is "in_1Kg653E97aBg7GL2CNQ8odrK".

Since you setup automatic payments through Stripe, your card was charged for any payments that will be upcoming within approximately the next month. Therefore, your card was charged $36.00 for the Package 11 renewal that will occur on April 11, 2022. Note that these funds are now in your Services Surplus with us until the actual renewal date. In other words, you still have the $36.00, it is just sitting in your account with us. ---- Separately, you mentioned that you setup the Denali feed, but you do not have any exchanges activated.
