Hi,

Last night the data was fine but when I opened my platform this morning the charts all looked like they were still on the march contract.

Regards
Andrew

Which symbol is actually being used on the chart? If it is not listed at the top of the chart window, then go to Chart >> Chart Settings to see the symbol in use.

You can either change the symbol there, or close that window and select Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover and select the next contract.

Looks good for us:

The chart is delayed. However, if the delayed feed is working properly, real-time should be working properly as well.

Hi,

I rolled to the June contract yesterday and everything was fine then when I opened my platform this morning the June Bund contract 1 minute chart and TPO chart looked like the March one and still do.

Andrew

The charts are going to look alike, since you are using a Continuous Futures Contract. The data from today forward is the June contract, but the data prior to today is going to be the March contract.

Therefore any data prior to today will be exactly the same as your previous chart.

Refer to the information for Continuous Futures Contract charts here:

But this is the first time I have had this issue. The charts were fine last night. The volume profile was fully filled out whereas today it is super thinned, so why would it be fine yesterday evening then be completely different today?

Make sure you know what contract month you are looking at each Date-Time in the chart:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Displaying Rollover Transition Times and Contract Months

Near rollover, the contract month can change from one day to the next.
