I am only using Sierra Chart for Data and Charting. If you are not supporting Transact, then you need to provide a way for us to buy SC data at non-professional rate without opening a new trading account with new firms for Teton Service. Is this fight between Sierra Chart vs NinjaTrader? Having different platforms is good so product will become better. If you are not willing to provide a better way to purchase non-professional data feed from you many people will leave you. I start hating your service from now on.

I believe your feelings may be similar to what Sierra has been feeling for many years providing support for third party data feeds that they couldn't control, which took a tremendous amount of resources as it appeared they spent a lot of time troubleshooting third party feeds which took time away from enhancements to Sierra Chart. I am extremely excited for this transition as I feel it will provide traders with better quality as well as improving the overall Sierra Chart product. Short term pain, long term gain. Actually my real concern is do I have to pay data fee to both Teton/Stage 5 and Sierra Chart? I am not very successful with futures. I dont want these eat up my profit, if I am able to make any. LOL.

No, you would not be charged for any platform or market data fees by Stage 5. You would pay for the SierraChart service package plus any live exchange data directly through your SierraChart account. Thank you for the answer. I might open a Stage 5 Account. I am not sure why 'Sierra_Chart Engineering' got upset with my comment about 'hate'. LOL. They did not mention anything about the duplicate data fee which is a concern for many people in our discord group.
