Hello, I just signed up for trial today, and immediately purchased the Denali 11 Package and paid. However, I still do not see real time data after refreshing (closing out and reopening) the chart. Does it take time to activate? Or do I need to change the configuration in the app? Thanks.

You have not gone through all of the Setup Instructions to get the data. What is the exchange (or exchanges) for which you want the real-time data?
