Hi

Sorry for having to reach out again - I have another issue.

It seems that my service package expired 28th Feb. I have added money to the account and attempted to reactivate the 11usd per month CME and depth of market package. That wouldn't activate so I tried service package 5 which shows as being paid for. When I attempt to click 'reactivate' either services I receive a message that states 'failed to activate package' and 'data feed is not enabled'. I have tried to activate the data feeds also, but the links do not work - I click 'todo activate data fields' and nothing happens.

I really don't get it - this is all so frustrating. Please help.

Ok thanks - it finally let me reactivate with your help.

Now I have reactivated everything, my account still shows as 'SIM' when I log into the platform. Can you help me ensure this is fully live please?

It looks like your system is setup to connect to your CQG account correctly, therefore all you need to do to get out of Simulation Mode is to select Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On. This will remove the checkmark next to that option which will mean that you are in live trading made to your CQG account. For more information, refer to the following:
