Hi Sorry for having to reach out again - I have another issue. It seems that my service package expired 28th Feb. I have added money to the account and attempted to reactivate the 11usd per month CME and depth of market package. That wouldn't activate so I tried service package 5 which shows as being paid for. When I attempt to click 'reactivate' either services I receive a message that states 'failed to activate package' and 'data feed is not enabled'. I have tried to activate the data feeds also, but the links do not work - I click 'todo activate data fields' and nothing happens. I really don't get it - this is all so frustrating. Please help.
