My numbers bar and delta are displaying zeroes. This happens whenever I shut down SC and upon restarting it, it only displays data from the restart time onward, so I have large gaps of missing data. I researched board support and found another user having a similar problem ("CD and footprint displaying 0s"). It was recommended to user to update his Denali feed and then pay for the exchange fee needed. Upon reading this I updated my feed from CQG to Denali and paid the $46 payment. However, I did not activate because my introducing broker is Tradovate and it is not listed as a supported trading service. Can you please provide guidance? BTW I have downloaded the prerelease and am using version 2351. Thanks.

We see are using CQG. Therefore refer to the notes for version 2351:

The next step that you need to do is activate the exchange that you require here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

At this point this is all you need to do.

And then re-download the data in the chart after that exchange is active:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
