My numbers bar and delta are displaying zeroes. This happens whenever I shut down SC and upon restarting it, it only displays data from the restart time onward, so I have large gaps of missing data. I researched board support and found another user having a similar problem ("CD and footprint displaying 0s"). It was recommended to user to update his Denali feed and then pay for the exchange fee needed. Upon reading this I updated my feed from CQG to Denali and paid the $46 payment. However, I did not activate because my introducing broker is Tradovate and it is not listed as a supported trading service. Can you please provide guidance?
