I activate this item last week, so i can run two laptops, one for trading with AMP Clearing and one to run simulation. When both laptops run, the real time data feed does not run when i am in the market trading. Can you check please? Thanks, kind regards, Timo (M.J. de Jong) |

The option for an additional system is for the Sierra Chart software itself, which is separate from the data feeds. Also, you are allowed 2 systems by default for the Sierra Chart software, so if you are only using the software on 2 systems, then you do not need the additional system option. You can deactivate this option at the following page if you do not need it: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AdditionalSystems The Data Feeds have different rules, as we need to enforce the rules from the exchanges themselves, which are that you can have data to two different computers at the same time, but you would need to pay the exchange fee twice.
