Order Rejected Message - Rithmic & Denali for E2T Eval Sim Acct

Hello,

I've recently signed into sierra chart using the Denali Feed for Live Data with a Rithmic DTC connection. As this is for an evaluation I have been instructed to turn off Simulator Mode from the 'trade' dropdown menu, which has been done.

However, when I look to place live trades on either the Livesim or Sim account (Rithmic Earn2Trade credentials), I am met with a message dialogue window that states the order was rejected.

I was sure to deselect the trade simulator mode within Sierra Chart, however, I am still being met with this error.

Thanks for the response. What would be the course of action to remedy this? I have already started the evaluation and the days are counting. Should this be taken up with Earn2Trade/ Rithmic?

Yes you need to contact them but first do the following:

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

And be sure to disable the Use Custom Symbol Settings Values.

And apply them to the chart or Trading DOM you are trading from:
Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts

I've followed both of the steps highlighted to update the symbol settings, however, I am still unable to submit orders.

I have also reached out to Earn2Trade and they said everything from their side should be fine and that it is a platform-specific issue.
