Connected this morning as normal. SC shows connection, loaded data but then stops with no chart movement except the market internal Niss-SP Downloaded latest SC version Rebooted computer All internet connections OK Still no live data despite SC showing connected Please advise |

Resolved. Log showed max connection different devices =1, Number Current Connections Diff Devices = 2. My laptop was closed and apparently it was connected So only one Device at a time. In Transact days I remembered having both devices running. Assuming since switch to Stage5/Denali/Teton that is not allowed. |

It is definitely not allowed by the CME Group (and we enforce their rules for our Denali Exchange Data Feed) to have more than one connection at a time unless you pay for it.
