Hi there,

I currently only use the Dorman CQG.
Got Service Pack 11 with the Denali and real time data. In the past it only shows me '0' in the footprint.

What am I doing wrong?

Make sure this option is enabled:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
