Buenos dias. Tengo el paquete 11 y cuenta con CQG, he conectado la cuenta en archivo, ajuste de servicio datos/operacion. Al abrir los chartbooks tengo que actualizar el simbolo en el caso del miniSP500, tengo ESH22, y al buscar el simbolo actual me sale F.US.EPH22. AL ajustarlo en el grafico se queda todo en blanco y me salen dos cuadrados, el primero naranja con el siguiente mensaje "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Real time data subscription for instrument is not enabled", y otro rojo "Download Falied. Error downloading historical INtraday data forF.US.EPH22 Instrument is not allowed. , asi como en el dashboard me salen 0 contratos activos.
