Update to new version stops uploading intraday data

Hi,

I updated to the new version, which erased my rithmic credentials in Data Trade service settings.
After putting my credentials back on, and SC connecting to Rithmic I still receive NO DATA and charts don't get updated.
I have package 11 and followed all posts re Rithmic connectivity settings.
I have also the " Set the Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds option to Yes" and I don't have the M indicator next to the symbol.
Going backward to the previous SC version does not either upload the data, so I'm totally blocked.

Can you please help?

You need to translate the symbols to the new Rithmic symbol format. Refer to this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)
