Is there some casual relationship that I can anticipate or am I lucky that signing into my order routing provider(CQG) thru SC for a minute or so and then back to SC happen to fix some other underlying issue.

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

The log does not indicate any issue with NGH22-NYMEX regarding real-time data. Follow the instructions in help topic 3.4:

Yes ..real time quotes returned once I switch back and forth between quote providers. approx 18:10:00. This CSV file indicates my first quotes were @ 18:09:00

There must have been some kind of symbol conflict going on that we did not see in the recent log. You most definitely do not have to change the selected Service at all.

That might only randomly cause a symbol conflict to be avoided at times.

Perhaps..but from your response I'm not sure I explained what exactly was happening.Namely I was NOT receiving any quotes on any symbols. If this is what you understood than perhaps it was random.

If you are not having an issue in the current moment, then there is nothing for us to do and we cannot know exactly what the issue was.

It does not help to provide us a message log, if you are not having a problem at that time. We will not see an issue and we are taking unnecessary time looking at a log.

A simple request like"next time you have the issue repeat the steps delineated above and send us the log prior to attempting to self effectuate a solution" would have been sufficient.
