Hi,

Since last night, my number bars and volume by price study are all showing zeros.
I made a payment of $ 36.00 on jan.23 through PayPal , which gives me 30 days till feb.23 for Service package 5.
Right now, the support panel won't let me update to service package 5 and asking to make payment again.

Kindly, rectify the error. I am attaching my payment receipt from paypal.

Your account is on Package 5, so there is no issue there.

If you are only getting zeros where you were not connected to the data feed, then that is due to CQG data. Refer to the information for version 2351 here:
