Hi, Since last night, my number bars and volume by price study are all showing zeros. I made a payment of $ 36.00 on jan.23 through PayPal , which gives me 30 days till feb.23 for Service package 5. Right now, the support panel won't let me update to service package 5 and asking to make payment again. Kindly, rectify the error. I am attaching my payment receipt from paypal. Thanks. |
