First of all thank you for introducing NASDAQ TotalView data feed. Have been waiting for this for 2 years. I can see 25 levels of bid and 25 levels of ask orders in DOM window from the new Nasdaq feed. I need to see more, and tried setting Chart Settings->Advanced Settings 3->Maximum Market Depth Levels to 0 or 100, but it has no effect. I heard there should be up to 1400 levels available? Anyway I can see more than 25? BTW, I'm testing with delayed data using Service Package 3. Thanks. |

What symbol are you looking at? I am seeing well over 25 here, I wonder if you have something in Global Symbol settings or another settings area capping you? Can you post a screenshot of a chart where you're seeing 25 levels, max?

Thank you. Issue resolved by following your instructions. It was caused by the Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> Max Depth Levels. Now I can see hundreds of levels.
