Hi, I can't get the mouse scroll function to on two charts simultaneously. The function only works on the active chart. Please help resolve this issue. Thanks. |

What you are stating is correct functioning. What you can do, however, is to use the Chart Linking, or the Synchronize Charts options in order to have the change in one chart show up in another, which will do effectively what you are asking (depending on what you are trying to accomplish). Refer to the following for Synchronizing Charts: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Tools.html#SynchronizeCharts And refer to the following for linking: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#LinkNumber For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have linked the charts correctly with chart synchronization and global cursor function. The functions vertical scale, scroll, studies, etc work, but I want the mouse scroll wheel up/down to work on two charts. If I mouse scroll down on one chart, I want the other chart to do the same. Currently, I activate one chart to mouse scroll up/down, then have to active the other chart to perform that same function. I want it to be simultaneous. When I mouse scroll down/up, I what it to occur on two charts at the same time.

What function does mouse Scroll Up/Down perform (what happens when you scroll up or down)?

It's not the vertical scale function where the vertical scale (shrinks or expands). The mouse scroll up/down is akin to when you're web browsing and you move the webpage up or down. Currently, I have the General Settings Scroll wheel set to "Scroll wheel scrolls vertical scale with 'shift' scrolls chart". This functions to move my chart up or down by mouse scroll wheel. Scrolling on the mouse wheel allows me to move my chart up or down without having to use the "interactive scale move" in order to move my chart up or down. I want two charts to be activated at the same time to move charts up/down by mouse scroll wheel like you would if you were scrolling up/down reading a webpage. I can do this on a solo chart when activated, but not on two charts at the same time. |

We see what you are referencing - for some reason even when linked with Vertical Scale, when using the Mouse Wheel the linked charts are not updating. We will look into this.
