When I Switch to SC Data Service I have all charts updating quickly but it seems like my IB account is not listed to trade. When I switch to IB Data/Trade Services account then it takes forever to get historical data updated but I see IB under in DOM - what is the correct way to setup SC

You need to be connected to IB in order to trade with IB. Make sure that when you have your Current Selected Service set to Interactive Brokers that the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If it is not, then change it, and then after getting off that window, select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. If it is already set to Yes, then we would need more information on what you mean by "taking forever to get historical data updated". When Sierra Chart is set to use Interactive Brokers, set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days Days to Download Limit to a small number like 3.
