I am currently using Transact data until the change takes place on my first 2 instances. Transact works as data feed but when I open a 3rd instance or higher it switches to Teton and will not allow me to use Transact even when I switch over under data settings. Any reason/solution for this ? When I try to trade in Sim mode on a 3rd instance it does not say SIM though I put it in SIM mode. Any help would be appreciated concerning the Data and the SIM issue.

How are you opening the third instance? With File >> New Instance?

How do you determine that the current service switches to Teton? This would not be possible in a sub instance if started with File >> New Instance.

So you enabled Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On in the sub instance? Definitely it will be in that mode if it is enabled. You then need to select the simulated account:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

That worked thank you. How can I clean out the trade parameters I have created in the drop down menu on the Dom? Though I deleted them in the chartbook they still populate the drop down menu in the DOM. Thanks. If I have to create a new ticket let me know.

Every time i delete the file and start the computer/program again the files appear again after deleted. Why does the file not go away permanently when deleted? I even went to the main sierra file on the hard drive in data and deleted the files and they reappear. I want the file to be deleted permanently and that has not worked. Thanks.

The only Trade Configuration files that would show up again are the ones named "2TargetsWithBEStop.twconfig" and "2TargetsWihtCommonStop.twconfig". These two are part of the installation, so any time you update your Sierra Chart, they will be added to the directory.

But apart from those being added during an update, there is no way that Sierra Chart has to add other .twconfig files. Therefore, if you are referring to other configuration files that are appearing, then those would have to be coming from some other method. Do you have some kind of synching software that you use, or is your Sierra Chart Data Directory stored on a One Cloud or equivalent type drive where files may be getting updated from another location?
