For what symbol? How many levels of market depth are you seeing currently and what are you looking for?

I think its 100 up and 100 down, just looking for as much depth of book as I can get.

You should have up to 1400 levels of depth for that instrument if you are getting the data from us.

First, refer to the following:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

If that does not resolve the issue, then check to ensure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If it is not, then change it to Yes and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Then check your depth levels and let us know if you are still not seeing the data up to 1400 levels.

This has done it. Thanks

If using a Sierra Chart provided Data Feed (example: Denali Exchange Data Feed), then select Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings.

Set Max Depth Levels to 0 to receive all the Market Depth levels available, or set it to the number of Market Depth levels required to be received from the server.

Mine was set to 100
