[User Discussion] [Locked] - Intermittent Denali Exchange Data outage

I trade through IB but randomly flip through their data feed and the Denali exchange as it plots market depth more concisely. It's been working fine the last few weeks and all of a sudden the last few days I don't get denali real time OR delayed data reliably. It loads the historical up to the point I log in but thats it

Sometimes as a fixer, like today for example, i'll go under Data Trade Service settings, select SC data, I'll select Revert All, apply all, and the feed worked again. Half way thought the day, the same thing happened. I reloaded, only to get historical data, no tick movement. Now it doesnt update at all.

The only possibliity I can think of is this error msg below but I'm going to reiterate, I'm only logging in on one system/computer when feeding the SC data. it's one or the other. Not 2 systems on one feed as it's suggesting below

Yes this is the issue:

When you notice the problem contact us here immediately and we will look into this more closely and we will be able to examine this further. We should be able to find out what is exactly happening in your case.

This will not help. This will not even cause a reconnection. Although there would be a periodic reconnection in the background if the connection is failing. So this is only coincidental.

We do not know why the problem has occurred, but we made one change on the server side which may prevent the issue. So hopefully it does not occur again.

Would be helpful if you let us know after two weeks if you have seen this problem.
