I trade through IB but randomly flip through their data feed and the Denali exchange as it plots market depth more concisely. It's been working fine the last few weeks and all of a sudden the last few days I don't get denali real time OR delayed data reliably. It loads the historical up to the point I log in but thats it

Sometimes as a fixer, like today for example, i'll go under Data Trade Service settings, select SC data, I'll select Revert All, apply all, and the feed worked again. Half way thought the day, the same thing happened. I reloaded, only to get historical data, no tick movement. Now it doesnt update at all.

The only possibliity I can think of is this error msg below but I'm going to reiterate, I'm only logging in on one system/computer when feeding the SC data. it's one or the other. Not 2 systems on one feed as it's suggesting below
