Hello-

Not sure why I have so much trouble with Sierra chart. I have had it working tip-top before, and been able to place trades but have not placed a trade in maybe 10 days. Now it says "delayed" at the top of my screen. I have paid all the many fees and signed all the agreements and gone to "data/trade settings" and made sure it says "yes" for "allow support for Sierra chart feeds" and everything. What else could this be? why can't I just have real time data and keep Sierra chart working on my computer all the time? why does it change and all of a sudden not work?

We see that you just re-connected to your trading account, which updated the verification date for the CME Group's non-professional requirement. You can view this date in the first section at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

You should be getting your real-time data for the CME exchange now.

Also, we noticed that you have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active, but you do not have any exchanges activated. If this was a mistake, then you will want to deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed by selecting the Deactivate button for the first connection at this link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures&UserID=236877#DataConnections

Otherwise, if you just have not activated an exchange yet, then you can select the exchange(s) you want at the following link:

We have two separate exchange data feeds:
- Denali Exchange Data Feed: Data for CME Group and EUREX
- Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Data for everything else

You have both of them active.

On the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you are fine now. You have connected to your trading account in order to update the verification for the CME Group.

For the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, we do not know if you were wanting data for something like the U.S. Equities, or BATS, or something else. If not, then you would need to deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (or let us know and we will take care of this for you).

YEah I don't want the Sierra chart exchange data feed (I guess, after reading what you just said) I only need Denali. So I pressed "deactivate" and hopefully that can be fixed, I won't be charged for that will I ?

You have everything setup properly now.

With regards to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you were charged $4.00 for that.
