We have two separate exchange data feeds: - Denali Exchange Data Feed: Data for CME Group and EUREX - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Data for everything else You have both of them active. On the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you are fine now. You have connected to your trading account in order to update the verification for the CME Group. For the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, we do not know if you were wanting data for something like the U.S. Equities, or BATS, or something else. If not, then you would need to deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (or let us know and we will take care of this for you).
