Hello, (I am new in sierra charts) I am currently doing and evaluation process with a prop firm (Earn2Trade) and am using rithmic market data and connected it in SC (i have package 11). However, when i try to get market depth data it gives me this message: Rithmic Direct - DTC (Data) | Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: ESH2.CME. permission denied | 2021-12-26 23:49:56.352 it doesn't even load the chart. can you help me solve this? many thanks, |

That rejection message is not from Sierra Chart. You are not actually using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for this reason: You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges (through the Denali Data Feed), which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month.
