Starting this morning, after I placed few trades, suddenly orders give me a "Child-client" message, and they are never filled. This happens on both Sim and Live. I am using Denali and Rithmic for execution.

When they are showing "Child-Client" then you would have a primary open order waiting to be filled, such as a Limit order. Once the parent order fills, then the child orders will convert to Open orders at the exchange.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

This happens when I hit "BUY/SELL MKT", which should fill nearly instantly on the instrument(NQ). Even so, this also happens in sim mode, which ostensibly ignores liquidity and order routing.

Chalk this one up to PEBKAC: I managed to fat-finger the TIF setting to set order for a future time. All good, thank you!
