Cannot download ES data

I have upgraded to package 11 today and connected the data feed successfully to my AMP/CQG account. When selecting the ES symbol, I am getting an error 'Download failed, error downloading historical intraday data for F.US.EPH22. Instrument F.US.EP [corresponding to ID 1] is not allowed. Result=103 Num Quotes = 0 I selected the F.US.EPH22 symbol from the Futures - CME list and it appears to be the correct one. |

Make sure this option is enabled: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) And reconnect to the data feed after. After that, Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
