Dear support Is there any future development path to address the issue when downloading the "ticker" all other platform i have used like TOS, tradingview etc the chart are loaded instantly. Also the ticker data it holds takes too much space on the PC and if i was to delete its were are back to same slow process of downloading data. especially if I'm looking for big caps stocks. mr nathwani |

There is nothing for us to do. You already have the ability to fully control this. Set this to 1 Minute: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) After that re-download the data for each symbol: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
