My Advantage account with SC/Teton order routing is up and running and I've completed several trades. Everything seems to be working well. The people at Advantage have been very good to work with.

However, from an account management TECHNOLOGY perspective, new Advantage users may want to know the account signup and account management processes are rather manual (downloading PDFs, signing manually, scanning and emailing signed PDF files and statements are distributed nightly to an FTP server) This resulted in many back and forth and lost emails, a few errors on my part and extra days getting things all set up.

Funding was fast without any issues.

On another topic, the SC web trade account access is working well, showing everything in real time and provides a way to get to your trades if something happens. Actually, this week, I had an internet outage, my backup internet would not kick in and I had to get to trades to close out using a portable hotspot for internet. It's the first time ever this has happened but SC web trade account worked great from the hotspot.

I'm very happy with Advantage/Teton pricing so far but looking into better pricing. Advantage is $1 per side for mini's. .40 per side for Micros. Support and response to emails excellent. These are standard, non-promoted prices.

Per Micro round trip from today's trading:(MES: Buy 1, Sell 1)
Commission: .80
Clearing Fee: .10
Exchange fee: .40
NFA Fee: .04
Total: $1.34

Got quotes from Stage 5 on their promotion and they are even better. All-in rates on MES: $0.20/contract commission + $0.25/contract exchange fee + $0.02/contract NFA fee = $0.47/contract or $0.94/round turn all-in.

Here is what I received from Stage 5 regarding margins today. Much better than what I am getting directly with Advantage so I am looking into it too.

"Intraday margins are typically 20% of exchange initial margin with the exception of US index futures which are only 5%. ES, as an example is currently $12,650/contract initial margin which makes intraday $633/contract. For MES it would be $63/contract but we do have a $200 minimum account balance that must be maintained."

I have successfully moved my account to Stage 5/Advantage and am very happy. As an introducing broker, Stage 5 arranged very competitive margins and commissions so I realigned my account from Advantage only to Stage 5/Advantage. I did not know the improved margins and commissions when I opened my account directly with Advantage so it took some additional time moving funds.

The Stage 5 contract is nearly identical to the Advantage contract except that Stage 5 has made the process completely electronic (including signatures) and much more streamlined.

I am very happy with Dave Hacke at Advantage and AJ Wusterfeld at Stage 5. They were both very responsive and helpful guiding me through the steps. Teton order routing performance is great... has been keeping up with the fast moves lately and commissions and margins are very competitive!

Next is to move my other ADMIS account to an FCM and broker that supports Teton. Please keep up the great work!

Anthony is a good guy too (just a broker though). I remember when he was hired. If Morad is not there anymore, it's unlikely there are any traders involved in management. I noticed their site doesn't even list who is involved there. If Morad is solely focusing on EdgeClear now, I would consider that option first. Again, just my two cents.
