chart error cant redownload past historical intra data

hye i want to to tell you that i got a problem after having today when i rollover my futures fx charts and happened this all my preivous data looks like this and when i delete and redownload still same problem occur i try every other fixes i try to update restart etc but oculdnt help cant downloa the data i have a space in my computer too still cant why?
