Hello, I have everything activated but I do not understand I still do not have the real-time stream on the DAX and the DOW please help me

There are two different issues occurring. First, for the DOW (ES) you have activated the Full CME Group for NonProfessional Trading Accounts, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to validate that account for the CME Group requirement to qualify as a Non-Professional. For more information, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Second, for the DAX, the exchange is no longer active. It looks like you had it active in October, but it did not renew on November 1, 2021.
