Hi,

I have made payment for real time data on the 2 of December, however this mornng (12/9) I am having delayed data.

Your verification of a live, funded, futures trading account ended on December 8, 2021. Therefore, you need to connect to your trading account in order to fulfill the verification for the CME Group. Refer to the following:

For comming back to me, I have connected on sim on daily basis during this month, I just connected with my active account (i.e real not sim) for several minutes, still I have the issue i.e Delayed feed.

Should I carry this querry with my broker or can you help?

Your verification date did not update. You can view this date at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

When you say you switched to "real not sim", did you change your Data/Trade Service Settings, or did you just turn off the "Trade Simulation" mode? You need to change your Data/Trade Service settings to get connected to your live trading account.
