CTS problems with symbol GE (download canceled)

If I open a chartbook with about 16 charts of different contract months for symbol GE (Eurodollar), CTS doesn't load the charts, but says "download canceled" and disconnects the data feed. Then it reconnects and the problem starts again until I close the chartbook. CTS has no problems with first opening a chartbook with 10 GE symbols and then load the chartbook with the 16 symbols (no "download canceld" message and no disconnect). SC is version 1106. We need to let CTS know about this. The first thing you need to do is to open the Sierra Chart Message Log and then press the "Send for Analysis" button. Just type something like "hello" in the message box and send it. Let us know when that is done and we will send this to CTS. Clearly there is something going wrong on the CTS server and they need to fix this. Also, with all of the changes to support the new symbol format when using CTS, it is critical to update to the latest Sierra Chart version which is now 1115. Please do that. However, please first send us the Message Log. This might also solve the problem because there is not a request for expired futures contracts when making a security definition request. Ok, I sent the message log. I also updated SC to the latest version and the problem is gone. |
