Hello

Please there is something I cannot understand. Your answer will be helpful.
I am trading on two products
CBOT -> T-Bond 30y ZB
EUREX GERMAN BUND FGBL

I am trading on two computers (computer 2: at my girlfriend's house and one at my home: computer 1).
I have no issues to trade US T bond on both machines.
But I cannot trade German BUND. When I close one computer it remains "connected" to the data feed and when I re-open my computer at my home I cannot have the real time flow. It remains connected on the previous computer even if not connected as if a cookies was caching connexion.
I need to ask my girlfriend (computer 2) to open sierra chart, connect and disconnect to give up the data flow.
When I leave computer 1, I cannot trade on BUND on computer 2, because the data flow is kept by computer 1.

Here are my questions:
- For CBOT (real time), I have noticed a delayed data about 5 minutes. Can you tell me how to get the real time data?
- The issue is may be coming from a bad use of my two computers or because I need to pay something more? (in fact two machines are included in my contract isn't it?
- in case I want to trade with another person on my account (only on simulated data), it is allowed by the contract? What I need to doo to trade on two machines simultaneously with one account but two different persons or trading accounts.

best regards

The first thing is to update to the latest release, as we have made some changes that should alleviate the issue of the other computer still being registered as active when it is not.

The reason your data on the CBOT is delayed is because you have not signed up for real-time data for the CBOT. You only have the EUREX exchange active. To activate the exchange(s) for the CME group, go to the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Note that you have filled out your CME Agreements stating that you are a professional, therefore you only have access to the Professional exchange options for the CME Group.

And finally, in terms of running Sierra Chart on 2 different computers, that is not a problem, but you will need to pay for the exchange fees twice in order to have the data available to both systems simultaneously. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously
