I am going to subscribe to your Sierra Data Real Time And Historical Exchange Data Feed to power your Sierra Package 5. Once I have subscribed, how do I change my data feed from my Infinity Broker to your Sierra Data?

There is nothing special to do. This will happen automatically once you subscribe to the Sierra Data Real Time And Historical Exchange Data Feed and restart Sierra Chart.

I have purchased the additional data feed, and followed the directions you sent, and still not getting the Red "M" so no data. Can you look into my account and tell me what I may be doing incorrect. I am from the USA, and the State is Washington, but for some reason my account reads USA, and Alabama. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. Thanks

You need to activate the CME exchange on your account here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SC_RealTime_DataFeed_SetExchanges

After this is done, restart Sierra Chart.

The state on your account has now been set to Washington.

I have purchased sierra data for the $35 before, and I did not click on any of this. Can you tell me what was that $35 covered in my earlier purchase? I trade the ES and a few other futures.

The CME is now requiring an exchange fee. If you do not need market depth data, choose the 4USD CME exchange fee.

You will not get data without paying the exchange fee.

Okay, I entered $35 this AM for the Data, now I clicked on the 4USD CME Exchange fee, and now I get an failed to activate, insufficient balance? Can you comment, as I thought I was getting my exchange fees waived from my broker?

I had the Sierra Data, then cancelled to look at the infinity data who is my broker, and then came back to sierra data, and now you are telling me its $35 per month for the Data and another $15 per month for the Exchange fees, and I am paying that $15 per month more because I went and tried Infinity data?

If you are not happy with this, we suggest you contact the CME.

We cannot say anything further about this. This is just how it is and it's not going to help anything by discussing it further. You will not get the data without enabling exchange fee.

One thing we did not make clear. You are getting a very substantial discount on the exchange fees. It is only 4USD compared with about 400 USD because you have a trading account.

That is a good deal.

Okay, so I already paid the $35 USD for the data, and now you are saying the $4.00 USD for the exchange fees? Is that it? This will be my month by month charge to get your data for these CME products? That is it?

NOT THIS? $15 per month which the CME will impose on all NEW futures trading accounts starting March 1st 2014, even though I am not a NEW ACCOUNT? Can you give me a contact email for the CME to discuss this?

It will be 35 USD a month for the data feed plus 4 USD a month for the exchange fee.

We have no contact email for the CME about this. If you do contact the CME they may provide you the paperwork to get a waiver for the fees until 2015 because you already have an existing trade account before March 1. But if you want us to take advantage of that, then we would charge a 150 USD administrative fee for the paperwork to process all of that. The point it is not worth it. You can save more just by paying the 4USD a month.

Okay fine, I am just trying to make it clear to my dense thick skull. I had your data in February, but because I did not re-subscribe to your data, and I went and tried Infinity's data whom is my broker, and now I want your data, I am being charged this additional $4.00 per month due to the new rules from the CME. Is this correct? Even though I am not a new account with Sierra or Infinity? Do I have it correct?
